You are exactly right. Aside from the obvious unfairness of the "fair" tax itself the prebate makes us all welfare recipients just as you say.

You know how there are certain people in this country who are raised to depend on getting money out of government. With this Unfair tax and prebate ALL of our children and grandchildren will grow up depending on and expecting to get money out of government.

This sickens me to no end.
