Comment: To fill GOP committee seats
To fill GOP committee seats
The central committes are representative of county supervisor districts. The amount of seats alloted is determined by registered voters. My count has 5 districts, 4 - 6 seats in each district. The seats vet issues and candidates, and delegates for ballot access.
A person who wants to be a delegate for example, can petition to qualify, become qualified, become dult elected at a convention, and then it goes to the committee that vets the delegates, and this is why so many Ron Paul delegates got tossed. No one on the committee could vouch for them. The delegate neglected to meet the committee.
So the PLAN has always been take those committee seats. My county has 21 seats. Only two people were actually at my first meeting. Finding out that me, a Ron Paul Republican showed up, drew more of them out the next meeting, 5. that was 16 open seats. So happened 4 seats were my district, so I couldn't be appointed a seat immediately. But now I have a seat, and there are 4 more Ron Paul Republicans who are taking seats, a possible 6Th. At least we have 5 to 5.
The plan has always been to take committee seats, for the seats represent the voters.. Ron Paul can't fix it by himself, that is why we need to fill those committee seats.
